Publicistul Ciprian Domnișoru a scris acum câteva zile pe Vox Publica Realitatea un articol în care semnala faptul că domnul Cosmin Marinescu, anunţat de surse liberale drept consilierul preşedintelui Iohannis, a fost inclus, cu două cazuri, pe pagina de plagiatori a Comitetului Research Papers in Economics.

Astfel, Ciprian Domnișoru sugera în articolul său că domnul Marinescu nu ar trebui să devină consilier prezidenţial în lumina cazului de plagiat, semnalare bazată pe deciziile unui comitet de 22 de profesori universitari din toată lumea.

Acest lucru nu ar trebui să se întâmple cu atât mai mult cu cât proaspătul președinte ales, Klaus Iohannis, și-a exprimat clar poziția legată de cazurile de plagiat:

“Oriunde în lume când cineva e prins că a plagiat, şi numai trei rânduri şi a plagiat, e obligat să se retragă din politică” (afirmaţie cu ocazia dezbaterii prezidenţiale televizate).

Domnul Marinescu i-a răspuns publicistului încercând să minimalizeze cazul, invocând scuza că îl cunoaşte pe autorul din care a plagiat, că a fost o “neglijenţă nefericită”. În apărarea domniei sale a menţionat faptul că “desi aceasta situaţie a fost comunicata Academiei de Studii Economice inca din 2012, niciunul din organismele sale academice, nici cele abilitate și nici vreun altul, nu au considerat necesara nici macar discutarea acestei spete. “

Deși plagiatul a fost recunoscut oficial într-o scrisoare către comitet, Cosmin Marinescu a publicat un lung material pentru contributors.ro în care îl acuză pe Domnișoru de rea intenţie, “exces electoral post-factum” şi “venin” şi anunţă că îl va acţiona în instanţă pentru grave prejudicii de imagine.

Drept urmare, Ciprian Domnișoru ia atitudine și face o demonstrație a plagiatului domnului Marinescu.

Metoda 1: preluarea unui paragraf aproape cuvânt cu cuvânt, citarea unei singure propoziţii, introducând în rest sinonime.

Deci contribuţia domnului Marinescu în acest paragraf: “but” înlocuit cu “however”, “this fact permeates” înlocuit cu “which characterizes”, “meaningless” înlocuit cu “useless”, adăugarea unui a în faţa perfect foresight (nu tocmai recomandată), “appears” înlocuit cu “becomes”, adăugarea parantezei (transactional).

După redarea textelor, Domnișoru trage concluzia:

"Consider că suntem în prezenţa unei situaţii de plagiat: poate domnul Marinescu să îl cunoască pe autor, să îl respecte, să îl citeze chiar în mijlocul paragrafului, dar aici şi-a însuşit ideile lui Hülsmann şi chiar fraze întregi : a creat impresia că a compus un paragraf, că a venit cu idei sau că a evaluat ideile lui Hulsman, în realitate munca a constat în găsirea unor sinonime aici şi acolo".

În final, publicistul concluzionează că imaginile arată clar copierea în întregime a paragrafului anterior şi copierea aproape cuvânt cu cuvânt a paragrafului din primul exemplu, lucru ce reprezintă plagiat.
